Cancellations

Any client who cancels same day of their appointment will be required to pay an estimated service deposit in order to reschedule. All deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited if the appointment is not cancelled within 24hours.

No shows

Any guest who no shows their appointment will be required to pay an estimated service deposit in order to reschedule. All deposits are non-refundable and forfeited if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours. Any guest who repeatedly no shows may be required to walk in only availability.

Reschedules

Our salon has supported the Pottawattamie County ACS relay for life since we opened in 2007. We have an annual fundraiser in April every year to raise money to help find a cure! in 2018 we raised over $7,700 with our first annual "A Night of Hope Gala".

Definition Salon saves all of our plastic backbar products and donate them to be used as a profitable way for them to provide for the needs of the Phoenix House.

Definition Salon and Spa was opened by a mother and daughter in 2007 with a dream to carry on the spirit of their husband/father. We love our staff and our guests like our own family. Our guests feel at home because this is our home. We believe in building long-lasting relationships and giving exceptional customer service.

Our passion is taking care of our guests by performing an exceptional consultation supported by designer haircuts and up-to-date trending color techniques. We at Definition Spa Salon believe in working together as a team to create the ultimate experience for our guests each and every time by additional training and continuous education. Community is at the heart of what we do and why we do it. Supporting the American Cancer Society and other local charities is a big part of who we are. Cancer has touched many of our lives and we support the search in finding a cure.
