Deposit Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
If reservation is cancelled/rescheduled within 48 hours your deposit is forfeited. Same day cancellations/reschedules, which is midnight to the reservation time, will be charged at 50% of scheduled appt. NO SHOW reservations will be charged 100% of services booked.48 HOURS: We kindly ask for a 48 hour cancellation/reschedule notice for all salon/spa services. Anything less will result in a charge of $50 or 50% of the scheduled service.
SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES
Same day cancellations/reschedules will be subject to a 50% cancellation/reschedule fee for the anticipated service amount. Same day is from midnight until scheduled appointment time. Guests who cancel/reschedule the same day of the service will have a notation made in their file and may be subject to required deposits on future appointments.
NO SHOWS
If you no show for your appointment, without contacting the salon, you will be automatically charged 100% of the anticipated service amount at your service provider’s level and will be required to have a credit card on file and may be subject to a deposit for future reservations.
Late Policy:
Your time & preferences are our top priority. Being on time is greatly appreciated to ensure a consistent and quality service, as well as a courtesy to other guests who arrive after you. Please note late arrivals may be subject to a shortening of service offerings or a rescheduling of your appointment.

Apparel Protection
Wearing your favorite shirt or dress? Hang it up! There’s always a risk of color or skin products traveling, so please protect your pretties by leaving them at home or bringing an alternative. Definition will not be held liable for any staining or damages to clothing apparel of any kind including glasses.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We strive to provide our guests with the highest quality products. We stand behind our professional recommendations. We understand not every product recommendation will make it to your top 10 list. We accept haircare products within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or retail credit onto your account. Unless defective within 30 days, all used brushes, combs, or hot tools may not be returned. All accessories and holiday items are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable. Our Retail policy is as follows:
TOOLS: We do not offer returns on any tools but if for some reason your tool stops working within 30 days of purchase we will exchange it out. After 30 days you will need to refer to the manufacturers warranty. Please keep your receipt and tool box for any in salon exchanges or warranty exchanges. Please register your tool for warranty purposes within 3 days.
MAKEUP & SKINCARE: Due to sanitation purposes there are no returns or exchanges on any makeup or skincare of any kind
HAIRCARE & ALL OTHER PRODUCTS: We stand behind all of our products. We do not offer returns on any products but if you are unhappy with how your hair care products are performing we do offer an exchange or account credit within 14 days accompanied by a receipt.
Children Policy:
We happily welcome children to experience our services. Please note all children 18 and under receiving services must have a parental consent at the time of service. To ensure the highest level of attentiveness between our guests & designers, and as a consideration to other guests, we do recommend that children visit only when receiving services. We understand snow days and life can happen, so in the event your child must accompany you, be mindful that the salon environment contains sharp objects, hot tools, and chemicals potentially dangerous to unattended children and some color appointments can take an average of 3 hours per visit. Children are not allowed on the styling floor or spa due to safety precautions. Children 10 and under are welcome to wait independently in our lounge area space permitting. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
RIGHT TO SERVICE:
Service providers reserve the right to refuse service for guests with excessive or subsequent last-minute cancellations/reschedules, no shows or ill treatment to any staff member.
Online Booking Service Deposit
If booking online all services will be charged a deposit of 50% of your approximate services. Your deposit secures your reservation and will be applied to your balance day of. All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.
New Guest Service Deposit
All first time guests, we require a $50 deposit when calling in to book a color, chemical service, head spa, full set lashes, brazillian wax or scheduling services for 2 or more hours. All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.
