How do you hope every guest feels when they leave?:

I hope every guest leaves feeling welcomed, valued, and completely taken care of from start to finish. I want their experience to feel seamless and relaxing from the moment they walk in, knowing everything was handled with care and attention to detail. My goal is for every guest to feel appreciated and excited to come back the moment they walk out the door.

What do you love about working at your salon?:

I love being part of such a positive and supportive environment. Our salon has such a welcoming, genuine atmosphere, and it really feels like a team where everyone lifts each other up. I also love getting to connect with guests throughout the day and being a part of their experience from the moment they walk in to when they leave feeling their best.

What’s your favorite service? And why?:

While currently in cosmetology school, my favorite service is highlighting. I love the creativity and attention to detail it requires, and how it can completely transform someone’s overall look. It’s so rewarding to see the final result come together and how much brighter and more confident it can make someone feel.

What’s your go-to drink to power through a busy day?:

Any alani drink from Louie’s, cotton candy is my favorite for sure!!
